What makes Unified Metals different?
We don’t do plated or mass-made jewellery. Every ring is engineered in the UK from high-performance metals, chosen for durability, comfort, and long-term wear, not trends.
What is black zirconium, and how does it hold up?
Zirconium starts silver-grey and is forge-oxidised into a deep, permanent black. The black layer is part of the metal itself. It’s lightweight, hypoallergenic, and highly wear-resistant. A quick rinse with mild soap keeps it clean.
How do I find the right size?
We offer a precision metal ring sizer for the most accurate fit. You can either purchase one for £8.50, or select “SEND A RING SIZER” when ordering a ring to receive a sizer for free. We’ll send you the ring sizer while holding your place in production. Once you confirm your size, we start production straight away.
Can the ring be resized later?
Resizing depends on the material, width, and how much adjustment is needed. We offer one free resize within 30 days of your ring arriving. After this period, resizes are available for £45 per adjustment. If you’re unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend using one of our ring sizers before ordering. If you need help after purchase, contact us and we’ll advise on the best next step.
On demand production?
Each ring is made on demand, never off the shelf. Production times vary and are listed on each product page. We currently ship within the UK. For international orders, contact us and we’ll see whats possible.
Do you offer custom widths or special requests?
If you’re looking for a specific width, finish, or material, get in touch and tell us what you have in mind. Where feasible, we can accommodate one-off requests and will always confirm what’s possible before proceeding.
Lifetime Techician's Warranty?
Our warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing faults, and functional issues where the ring does not perform as intended under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, loss, or theft.

We accept returns within 30 days if the ring is in mint condition and undamaged with original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
